Meditation and Elements of Practice with T. S. National Vice- President Tim Boyd and NYTS President Lyn Trotman

May 21-23 Friday dinner through Sunday lunch

Join us for a rare opportunity to meditate in the beauty and stillness of Pumpkin Hollow and to partake in Elements of Spiritual Practice with our National Vice-President Tim Boyd. Each year the NYTS sponsors a meditation retreat at Pumpkin to meditate,
and to become deeply familiar with the peace and contentment that comes through 'being' in the wonderfully spiritual atmosphere of Pumpkin Hollow Retreat Center.

Elements of Spiritual Practice

A balanced approach to the spiritual life involves a constant refinement of approach. The freedom of an effortless awareness seems to require an evolving discipline, in the beginning, middle and end. During the course of this weekend we will examine both the theoretical underpinnings of a spiritual practice and its practical elements. Our goal is to develop an effective, ongoing practice that can be an aid to us in all of the situaions we face in life.
