Basic Therapeutic Touch Intensive
Therapeutic Touch (TT) is a contemporary healing modality which evolved
from the process of laying-on of hands. Based on the assumptions that
human beings are complex fields of energy and that the ability to
enhance healing in others is a natural human potential, Therapeutic
Touch is used to balance and promote the flow of human energy. This
introductory workshop, open to all, will explain the basic concepts of
TT. Participants will have ample opportunities to learn and practice
the basic Therapeutic Touch techniques.
This continuing nursing education activity was approved by the New York State Nurses Association's Council on Continuing Education, which is accredited as an approver of continuing education in nursing by the America Credential Centers Commissions on Accreditation.
Teachers presenting this program have been selected and approved by Dr Dolores Krieger, co-creator of Therapeutic Touch. Program Facilitator is Cheri Brady.
